Your Throat Chakra Room Experience

Discover the Vishudda Chakra

This room was thoughtfully designed to support more than just rest—it offers you the chance to reconnect with yourself in a simple, grounded way.

If you'd like, you can explore the energy of this space through all five senses. There’s no need to do everything—feel free to follow your curiosity and take what resonates.

Visual – Let Your Eyes Settle

Look at the chakra symbol on your postcard and take a moment to simply observe it.

Gaze at the color of the wall behind your bed. Let your eyes rest on it and notice how it makes you feel.

Auditory & Tactile – Feel & Hear

If you’d like to explore more, you can listen to a short tapping
meditation for this chakra. Just press play below.

You can also repeat the affirmations framed on the wall—outloud or silently. Try speaking them slowly, one breath at a time.

Tactile – Reflect in Writing

We’ve put together some journalingprompts below. If one or more speak to you, take a few quiet minutes to explore it in your journal or notebook.
Let the words flow—no need to be perfect. Just give your thoughts space.

  • Do I express myself freely and honestly? If not, why?
  • Are there things I want to say but hold back?
  • Do I feel heard and understood in my relationships?
  • What does “authentic communication” mean to me?
  • How can I listen mindfully and speak truthfully today?

Olfactory – Pause & Breathe

Gently shake the room spray, then spray it once or twice into the air in front of you.
Close your eyes and breathe in the scent slowly, letting the smell unfold.
Notice what it evokes. What sensations or memories arise?

Gustatory – Sip & Savor

Brew yourself a cup of the chakra tea provided in your room.
Take a few minutes to sip it mindfully. Let this be your small meditation:

no distractions, just warmth, flavor, and presence.

Let This Room Be Yours

You don’t need to do it all—sometimes, a few quiet breaths or a sip of tea is enough. This space is here to support you in whatever way feels good to you.
We hope it brings you a sense of connection, calm, and care.
