Your Root Chakra Experience

Discover the Muladhara Chakra

Find your foundation. Feel supported.

You’ve found the space that connects to your Root Chakra—the energy center that governs safety, stability, and your connection to the earth.

This quiet spot in the garden invites you to slow down and settle into the moment. There’s no right or wrong way to be here. Just notice what’s around you, what you feel inside, and give yourself a few minutes to arrive fully.

Visual – Look around you

Let your eyes rest on the natural tones of the garden—earth, stone, green plants.

Notice shapes and textures without judgment. Let your gaze soften.

Auditory & Tactile – Feel & Hear

If you'd like, listen to the Root Chakra tapping meditation to support grounding and presence.

Tactile – Reflect in Writing

We’ve put together some journaling prompts below. If one or more speak to you, take a few quiet minutes to explore it in your journal or notebook.
Let the words flow—no need to be perfect. Just give your thoughts space.

  • Where in my life do I currently feel safe, supported, and grounded?
  • What people, places, or practices help me feel at home in myself?
  • When do I notice fear or restlessness taking over?
  • What helps me return to calm?
  • What does “feeling rooted” mean to me, and how can I create more of that in my daily life?
  • What are three small things I can do to feel more stable and connected this week?

Olfactory – Pause & Breathe

Take a slow, deep breath. Notice the scents of the earth, the plants, and the air.
Around the well, you’ll find herbs and aromatic plants—feel free to gently

touch and smell a leaf. Let the natural scent bring you back to your body.

Gustatory – Sip What Sustains You

If you have a bottle of water with you, take a mindful sip.

Taste it fully. Feel how it nourishes and grounds you.

Sometimes, even the simplest things—like water—remind us we aresupported.

Settle Into This Moment

You don’t need to do anything else. Just
notice. Just be. Let the garden hold you for a while.
We hope this space gives you a moment to feel rooted, safe, and completely here.
